Terms and Conditions for 66wi Members

Introduction

Welcome to 66wi. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," "your") and 66wi ("Platform," "we," "us," "our") regarding your access to and use of the 66wi website located at https://66wi.best and all associated services, features, and games offered through the platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on 66wi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not register or use the 66wi platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 66wi.

Eligibility

To register and use 66wi, you must meet the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 66wi does not allow access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident or physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or agent of 66wi, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from 66wi under a self-exclusion program or disciplinary measure.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law and any other applicable jurisdiction.

66wi reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. If we have reasonable grounds to believe a Member does not meet the eligibility requirements, we may suspend or close the account and withhold any pending transactions pending review.

Account Rules

One Account Per Member

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 66wi. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 66wi will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately at support@66wi.best. Any bets or transactions placed using your account — even if unauthorised — remain your responsibility until you notify us of the breach.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Using false or third-party information to register is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

Deposits & Withdrawals

66wi supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based members:

• Bank Transfer: BDO, BPI, UnionBank via InstaPay or PESONet
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards

Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on 66wi is ₱100. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. 66wi does not charge any deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their standard charges.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. 66wi targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for most e-wallet withdrawals, though bank transfers via PESONet may take up to one (1) banking day.

Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC). This involves submitting a valid government-issued ID. This is a one-time process designed to protect your account and prevent fraud.

Placing Bets

All bets on 66wi are final once confirmed. Before confirming, please review your selections, stake, and potential return carefully on the bet slip. 66wi does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after confirmation, except where the Cash Out feature is available and initiated by the Member.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum bet amounts are displayed on the bet slip for each market. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, event, and market type. 66wi reserves the right to apply individual maximum limits to specific accounts based on betting patterns, without prior notice.

Void Bets

A bet may be voided by 66wi in the following circumstances:

• The event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled and does not resume within 24 hours
• There was an obvious error in the odds posted (also known as a "palpable error")
• The bet was placed on a market that was incorrectly offered due to a technical fault
• The integrity of the event is called into question by the relevant governing body

When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the Member's 66wi wallet in full.

Live Betting

Live in-play betting is offered on selected events. Odds in live betting change rapidly and 66wi reserves the right to suspend or close markets at any time during an event. Bets accepted before a market is suspended are valid. 66wi uses automated systems to update live odds and cannot manually restore odds that have already changed.

Results and Settlement

All betting markets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, FIBA, FIFA). In cases of dispute, the governing body's official ruling is final. 66wi reserves up to 24 hours after event completion to settle markets in cases where official results are delayed.

Bonuses & Promotions

66wi offers bonuses and promotional rewards to registered members from time to time. Each promotion comes with its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotional page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only and cannot be transferred between accounts
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms
• 66wi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time
• Abuse of bonus offers — including using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in disqualification and account termination

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 66wi and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds without notice:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other members or third parties to manipulate bet outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in your favour without reporting them
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports corruption
• Using stolen or third-party payment credentials without authorisation
• Attempting to launder money or engage in any other illegal financial activity through the platform
• Impersonating another person or creating a fake identity to register an account
• Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions where 66wi is not accessible

Privacy & Data

Your privacy matters to 66wi. We collect, process, and store personal data in accordance with our full Privacy Policy, which you should read alongside these Terms. In summary:

• We collect only the personal information necessary to operate your account, process transactions, and comply with legal obligations
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes
• We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your data

Limitation of Liability

66wi operates transparently — every term is designed to protect both members and the integrity of the platform.

66wi provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is operational, secure, and accurate, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• 66wi is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or delayed data feeds outside our direct control
• 66wi is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses suffered by Members in connection with the use of the platform
• Members bet at their own risk. Gambling involves financial risk and winning is never guaranteed
• 66wi's total liability to any Member in any calendar month shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in that month

Account Termination

Voluntary Closure

You may close your 66wi account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled according to standard rules, and any available balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification.

Termination by 66wi

66wi may suspend or permanently close a Member's account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Providing false registration information
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements
• Extended inactivity — accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be flagged and subject to dormancy procedures

In cases of termination for cause, 66wi reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is found, the balance will be returned promptly.

Amendments to These Terms

66wi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Members via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect — unless the changes are required by law or relate to urgent security matters.

Continued use of the 66wi platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
